$2 x-y+z=1$

$11 x-7 y+p z=q$

$(-p+7)+2(2 p-11)+5(-14+11)=0$

$\Rightarrow \quad \mathrm{p}=10$

${\Delta _{\rm{x}}} = 0 \Rightarrow \left| {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}

{\rm{q}}&7&{10}
\end{array}} \right| = 0$

$\Rightarrow \quad 3(10-7)-2(10-q)+5(7-q)=0$

$\Rightarrow \quad \mathrm{q}=8$
