Solution
$x-2 y+5 z=3$
$2 x-y+z=1$
$11 x-7 y+p z=q$
$\Delta=0 \Rightarrow\left|\begin{array}{ccc}{1} & {-2} & {5} \\ {2} & {-1} & {1} \\ {11} & {-7} & {\mathrm{p}}\end{array}\right|=0$
$(-p+7)+2(2 p-11)+5(-14+11)=0$
$\Rightarrow \quad \mathrm{p}=10$
${\Delta _{\rm{x}}} = 0 \Rightarrow \left| {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}}

\end{array}} \right| = 0$
